Transformation into a company PTC Czajkowski sp. z o.o.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

on behalf of the management board of PTC Czajkowski limited liability company (formerly: Ireneusz Czajkowski "Public Transport Cieżarowy"), I hereby inform you that on March 1, 2023, the company Ireneusz Czajkowski "Public Transport Cieżarowy" with a permanent place of business in Poznań was transformed into a company PTC Czajkowski limited liability company with its registered office in 62-052 Głuchowo, Poland.

Please be advised that as a result of the transformation, the legal form of the company, address and registered office, as well as the existing NIP (Tax Identification Number) and REGON (National Official Register of National Economy Units) numbers are changed. After the transformation, the company was assigned a new KRS number, under which it was entered in the General Information on the National Court Register.

Changing the legal form of our business activity, and consequently the name of the company and its address and registered office, does not affect the continuation of the business activity and the validity of previously concluded contracts. PTC Czajkowski Sp. z o.o. (LLC) with its registered office in Głuchowo took over all the rights and obligations of the entrepreneur operating under the name Ireneusz Czajkowski "Publiczny Transport Cieżarowy".
